At Beauty Furniture Club, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. As many of our furniture pieces are specialist, made-to-order, pre-order or sourced specifically for each customer, delivery times vary depending on the individual product ordered.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are displayed on individual product pages wherever applicable.

Some products may be available for quicker dispatch, while selected items can take up to 10 weeks for delivery.

Please check the estimated lead time shown on the product page before placing your order. If your order contains multiple products with different lead times, items may be delivered separately.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery times provided by Beauty Furniture Club are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our direct control. These may include:

Large Furniture Deliveries

Larger furniture items may require a specialist courier or pallet delivery service. Customers are responsible for ensuring there is suitable access to the delivery address for the item ordered.

Please ensure your delivery details, including your address and contact number, are correct when placing your order.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Certain products may be sold on a pre-order or made-to-order basis. Estimated lead times will be provided on the relevant product page. These products may have longer delivery times due to manufacturing and international transportation.

Delays

We understand how important it is to receive your furniture on time. However, due to the nature of furniture manufacturing and logistics, occasional delays can happen.

Where a delay occurs, Beauty Furniture Club will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed and arrange delivery as soon as possible.
